Claire did a fantastic job at my wedding. She did hair and make-up for me, hair for my bridesmaid and make-up for my Mum. Claire really does listen to what you want and goes out of her way to make sure that you look brilliant. At the ‘trial’ session, she advised me on the best colours for my skin tone and ensured that my make-up looked as natural as possible. On the day she was very professional and friendly and helped to make us all feel relaxed. My hair is naturally straight and she worked wonders by making it curly, a style which lasted all day. I hired Claire to do the hair and make-up for myself and my four bridesmaids for my wedding in June 2007. I went to Claire for a few hair trials and a make-up trial which I was very happy with. The way that Claire worked was great and I was happy that she was able to travel out to where I was getting married. She arrived at 8am on the wedding morning and got started straight away. She started my bridesmaids hair and worked around us all with the help of her daughter. Claire worked very hard on all of us and I was very happy with the outcome as were my bridesmaids. She did such a good job on all our hair styles and the make up, we all felt very beautiful. When I went for the trials we tried a few styles and she always gave her opinion and advice on what would look the best and the same for when I went for the make up. She asked about what my dress was like and worked the colours around that, and we went for a very nice natural / gold colour. When I was deciding what to do for my bridesmaids, Claire was very helpful as we were looking at pictures of them and she advised what would work best for their hair which I very much appreciated as I wanted everything to be perfect. Claire was very efficient, punctual and gave a very nice happy service. She did bring along her daughter to help which was good as there was alot of things that needed doing with us all to be ready for 3pm. I would defintley recommend Claire to anyone I know who is getting married, as overall we were happy with her and the work that she provided. Joanna.
