Experience

Claire has over 20 years hairdressing experience. Originally working in and around South London and finally, in management before moving to the South coast. Claire then became a member of an artistic team whilst working for a group of salons. This involved creating collections, doing shows and photographic sessions.

By the year 1999, Claire was not only working for her self, but she had also qualified and become a part time lecturer, teaching at a technical college and by 2003 had created her own company “Claire Wallace Hairdressing Ltd.” To enhance the company, Claire had a web site created and this gave her the opportunity to advertise that she now specialised in weddings. Also, she writes for a magazine called “Your Sussex Wedding” and is an expert on their panel, answering questions and giving advice. In August 2006 - to date, Claire’s most recent achievement was to develop her make-up and beauty skills and attended a MAC make-up course in Kensington, London where by, she can now offer a complete all round service to her clients.

Business, Hair-dressing and Make-up Education

Claire has been in the industry for over 20 years now and has acquired diplomas and training certificates with Saks, Toni & Guy, Patrick Cameron, Racoon, Wella, Clynol, Gingles International and MAC make-up. Claire attended a MAC make-up wedding seminar 12th October 2006 at the London College of Fashion and on 2nd February 2007 attended a “Jemma Kidd wedding make-up course in London”.

Claire holds City and Guilds qualifications in….

Ladies and Mens Hairdressing, Make-up and Manicure, Wigmaking, Level 3 Hair-Dressing, D32/D33 Assessors Award and 7307 Teaching Certificate. She is a member of the Free Lance Hair and Beauty Federation, Federation of Small Businesses and is a Senior, State, Registered Hair-dresser, Master Craftsman in Hairdressing.
