Whilst on one of the courses I did recently at the Jemma Kidd make-up school in London, it was interesting to talk to David Horne ( one of the main make-up artists there ) about current trends and fashions. Having discussed a number of products that he regularly used and recommended to me, interestingly the make “Benefit” was coming up a lot. At the moment I am currently trying out, their face primer called ” That Gal “.

Face primers are normally part of the skin preparation prior to applying the foundation.

” That Gal ” how ever, can be used on it’s own and as it is pink in colour, creating a brightening affect when blended in an upward motion. It is suggested, that the face can be gently patted during the day to re brighten the complexion.

So at this point, like any of these products i think its a question of trying them for a couple of weeks and making your own mind as to what you think. I will certainly continue to use ” That Gal ” and let you know my own conclusion to this pretty, pink primer.
