Becky, a client who came round for a wedding trial recently, decided that she wanted to come back to me for a make-up lesson.

She had two looks for her wedding - a traditional day and an evening look which was quite different. Becky still wanted me to do the day make-up for her, but was hoping to be able to do the evening her self.

Becky’s dress for the evening was a dark silver, so i showed her how to do one of the new looks that i had recently learnt at Jemma Kidd’s in London called ” Metallica Rose “.

We had fun working with the colours, looking at what brushes needed to be used and how to create this very contemporary image.

Becky took lots of notes so that she could buy the things that she wanted and then, be able to practice on her self.

Working on this make-up together was great and knowing that she now had the confidence to go away and master this, made me feel that i had done a good job!
