To strengthen the out line of the lips is always a great idea, unless you’re one of those lucky people blessed with lips like Angelina Jolie, so when I discovered Jemma Kidd’s ” Lip Line Duo ” I realised what a great little asset it was to any make-up kit.
The pencil is double ended and best bought in ” Neutral and Tailored colour ” - ” 02 neutral/brown “.
The best way to use the pencil is by out lining the lips with the darker brown end - to create the definition. Then, go over that with the pinker more neutral end, blend in to the lips so as not to create that thick lip line once used in the 80’s.
The look could then be finished off either with a light lip stick over the top ( the lip pencil will help the lip stick stay in place ) or, with a light shimmer of gloss for a really natural up to the minute contemporary look.
